Halloween 2010

Halloween this year seemed to last a very long time.  On Thursday Hunter had his costume parade at school.  I was a little stressed out, because I had to go to the school at noon, to dress him in his costume.  That seemed a little ridiculous to me, but that was the school's policy.  Here is Hunter and Houston in their Fat Boys costume.  (Houston refused to stuff up his shirt)
Harley and Houston waiting patiently for the parade to start.

Springville Trick or Treat Down Main Street
Jeff is very big on Trick or Treating!  He likes to take the kids to as many as possible.  Springville's was the first one that they went to.  Here are the kids so excited before Trick or Treating.  It was just priceless to hear Houston's little voice say "Trick or Treat!"  Harley would pipe in, "Treat Treat!"
 Spanish Fork Trick or Treating
On Saturday we attended the Spanish Fork Trick or Treating.  We had to all wear our costumes because we had our ward Trunk or Treating right after, and then my family's Halloween party.  It was crazy how many people stopped us to take our picture, or have their picture taken with us!  It was like being famous for a day.

We then ended the nigh at my parents house.  It's so fun to see my sister's and their families there in costume.  We all go Trick or Treating together. It was so much fun!

Taz had an awesome costume!  It was also very very creepy!  Meet Tony.
Jeff got like three feet of air.
My dad was an executioner for Halloween, and Harley loved the severed head.  She would walk around the house with it.

The Walker family had such great costumes!  I love Shrek!
Houston and the pumpkin look eerily similar.

 Where the Wild Things Are
The Platt family looking good as ever!  Bekah did an amazing job on the kids costumes!
It took a very very long time to get all the kids in the picture!  They are a good looking bunch!
Here is the typical picture of Houston after a party.  He really can fall asleep anywhere.  Harley on the other hand, is our very own night owl.  She loves to stay up late and party!

Gordon Halloween Party 2010

Every year, Debbie likes to throw a big Halloween party.  Our family looks forward to it every year.  This year our family did Alice in Wonderland.  Harley was Alice, Jeff was the Mad Hatter, I was the Queen of hearts, and the boys were Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum.

Here is a group shot of the Gordon Halloween party.  Everyone had great costumes!
I just love the face Harley is pulling!
The boys getting ready to play musical chairs.
Grandma Binks was Harley's favorite of the night.  She loved to dance with her grandma!
Deagan really liked my glowing scepter.
Houston and his cousing Cael playing with the pool balls.
 Houston and his uncle Chris
 Harley and her grandpa Keith
Hunter loved playing the mummy game!

We had a great time at the party!  Good food and good fun.  We played musical chairs, and some even sang to a karaoke machine. It was a great party!

Witches Night 2010

Every year I attend Witches Night with family and friends.  This year we had an absolute blast!  We went to dinner first (I completely forgot to take pictures!)  It was so fun to see everyone. I loved all the witches costumes!
After dinner we went to my parents house, so that my dad could take pictures.

As you can see, we had a little too much fun with the camera!

A little too much to drink?
Here we were being models.  Dad said I looked like I could work for Kevin Klein (instead of Calvin Klein)
Yup, some sexy Witches!

Here we have our heads cut off.

We wanted a picture that we took ourselves!  Bekah was manning the camera, and she was determined to get a picture!

After my parents house, we went to Gardner Village to enjoy the rest of our night.  We had a great time full of dancing and shopping. (Not a bad combo)   Thanks to everyone who made this such a fun night!  I can't wait until next year.
