Happy Birthday Hunter

Hunter turned six this year.  To start the year out right, I made him this smiling pancake for breakfast.
Houston really enjoyed it!
We took the kids to Chucky Cheese.  It was a mad house there!  Hunter didn't seem to notice at all.

Birthday Party For Hunter

This year, I did the unthinkable, and gave Hunter a friend birthday party!   Really I have no idea what was going through my head!  Hunter had a great time, and I hope his friends did too.  This is a picture of Hunter before his party started.
Here is a picture of the kids playing find Pluto's bones.  Hunter had a Mickey Mouse party, so for one of the games, I cut out pictures of bones, and hid them everywhere.  The kids had to crawl around like Pluto and find the bones.  Once they found them, the had to bark like a dog before they could pick the bone up.  It was so cute to see all the little puppies looking for their bones.
This is the kids counting the bones they got, to see who had the most.
Here is Hunter opening his birthday presents.
I did survive the party, but only just barley.  Thank you Bekah for coming and giving me the back  up that I needed.
For the boy's birthday, we got them new Jazz jerseys, and tickets to a Jazz game.  This was Houston's and Harley's first Jazz game.  The kids were so excited!  This is before we left for the game.  Hunter, Jenna, Harley, and Houston.

Here are the boys at the game.  Jeff, Houston, and Hunter.
Here is a group shot of our family.  Jeff, Houston, Hunter, Jenna, and Harley.
Hunter watching the game.  We had a blast!  The Jazz were playing the Bob Cats.  Lucky for us they won!  Houston did pretty good.  Around half time he got really restless, so I put his leash on and took him for a walk.  He really loves his dog backpack/leash.
Harley did really good too.  I just put her in the sling, and she did great!  It was quite the experience to take all our kids to the Jazz game, but it was fun and memorable.

Mega Birthday Party

I threw a mega birthday party for my Mom, Hunter, and Houston.  They all have birthday's in February.  As you can see we had quite the crowd here!
Hunter and Houston really enjoyed the birthday candles!

For my mom's birthday, we made her a picture book, or her through out the years.  It turned out super cute!  This is everyone looking at it.
